Your responsibilities
- The Site Manager is the highest authority on the construction site, establishing and managing the site in accordance with project requirements and contract objectives, following tk Guidelines. This includes technical and personnel duties at the site. The Site Manager will coordinate with the Site Commercial Manager to ensure alignment on commercial aspects.
Main Responsibilities and Contents
- Approximately 90% of activities take place on construction sites.
- Create concepts and resolve issues on-site for the construction of electrolyzers and Balance-of-Plant scope.
- Set up and organize construction sites in collaboration with customers.
- Organize and execute full-service projects with direct client contact.
- Develop and maintain standards for product construction and gather feedback for improvements.
- Support the development of the next generation of products with your experience.
Your profile
- Willingness to work at various project sites across Europe & Asia, including long-term secondments.
- Completed apprenticeship in metal construction; a qualification as technician or engineer is advantageous.
- Several years of experience abroad on construction sites; experience with sheet metal constructions is a plus.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills; capable of decision-making under pressure.
- Strong customer orientation, good negotiation skills, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Eagerness to take responsibility at construction sites in front of customers.
- Proficiency with modern information technology and communication tools.
