ESA Engineering is seeking a Site & Construction Engineer, Mechanical Systems – HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting for its Sesto Fiorentino office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Construction Management team, overseeing specialized mechanical works, including site visits, reporting, and technical support.
• Participate in coordination and technical meetings, assisting in problem-solving and technical clarifications.
• Evaluate submission sheets for mechanical materials and components.
• Analyze work schedules and monitor progress, identifying potential delays or issues.
• Assist in technical-functional testing of mechanical systems.
• Prepare reports, check documentation, and contribute to improving project execution tools.

Required Technical Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Energy, Civil, or Environmental Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles or related sectors.
• Experience in design, construction, or installation companies.
• Knowledge of various mechanical systems for civil use.
• Knowledge of materials, installation, commissioning, and operation of mechanical systems is preferred.
• Experience or interest in project management during construction and commissioning phases.
• Good command of English (technical) and tools like Office, AutoCAD 2D, Autodesk Revit, and construction cloud platforms.
