Synthomer is seeking a Part-time Site Administrative Assistant in Filago (BG) to support daily office operations and assist managers. The role requires fluent Italian (C1) and English (B2), and strong MS Office skills.
60% of full-time hours, 24 hours per week, morning schedule, permanent contract. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, scheduling, travel arrangements for senior staff, and maintaining training registers and insurance information.

Perform a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, provide support to managers and supervisors, assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities.
Work contract: permanent, part time (horizontal distribution), 60% corresponding to 24 hours per week, scheduled in the morning.
Previous experience as a Site Administrative Assistant or in a similar role will be considered a strong asset.
Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Have a flexible and adaptable attitude.
Fluent Italian at least C1 level.
Fluent English at least B2 level.

Minimum gross annual salary of € 30.128,38 (Full Time), with a minimum job grade of E2 under the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL).
Positioning within the salary range will be determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including relevant professional experience, technical, specialist and soft skills as well as the level of operational autonomy and responsibility the individual can assume from the start of employment, in accordance with the company's job grading framework and internal pay equity principles.
