Atlante is NHOA’s new Global Business Line dedicated to building the first EV Fast Charging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage, and 100% grid integration. The Atlante project results from a partnership between NHOA—which develops and invests in the network as owner and operator—Free2Move eSolutions, as the supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.

Position

At ATLANTE, you will oversee the efficient and timely development of:

  • Public
  • Private
  • Sites for the installation of
  • Charging stations

You will be involved from the early stages of site selection, focusing on planning, permitting, and authorization processes to bring each site to an "installation-ready" stage, at which point you will hand them over to the Project Management team.

Your portfolio will include both brownfield and greenfield site developments, including repurposing. Ensuring timely connection to the grid will be part of your scope. With proven experience in similar fields, you will bring practical knowledge and skills, complemented by strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented attitude, and a positive, proactive approach.

You will select, appoint, and supervise external consultants and contractors for full site development and permitting. You will interact with all internal teams of ATLANTE and NHOA, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, safety, environmental, financial, and schedule commitments. After handover to the Project Management team, you will continue to support, including during commissioning.

Tasks and Duties
  1. Manage a portfolio of site development projects at various stages;
  2. Support site selection, focusing on planning, permitting, and development timelines;
  3. Design development plans for each site, utilizing digital tools and standardized processes; supervise subcontractors and external service providers;
  4. Liaise with external stakeholders such as site owners, authorities, utilities, and communities;
  5. Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, ensuring timely and on-budget deliverables;
  6. Provide feedback for continuous improvement of site selection and development processes;
  7. Contribute to strategic decisions on future site acquisitions;
  8. Manage timing and costs of activities;
  9. Prepare reports on project closure to improve future processes;
  10. Verify subcontractor requirements, especially safety, with support from the HSEQ manager;
  11. Design scalable, digital work methodologies and contribute to digital tool development;
  12. Promote cost-effectiveness and a focus on quality and customer experience.
Requirements
Your background

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields, with professional experience in electrical systems preferred. Other degrees must be supported by a strong professional track record.

3-7 years of relevant experience in developing "road-related" sites such as petrol stations, service areas, parking lots, or similar sectors like shopping malls or logistics centers. Experience in e-mobility/EV charging projects, renewable energy sites (e.g., rooftop solar), energy storage, and public tender participation is highly valued.
