The successful candidate will navigate relationships with local municipalities and clients, utilizing their expertise to secure new cell site locations. Responsibilities include negotiating agreements and preparing geospatial reports, supporting a dynamic international team. Candidates should bring 1-2 years of sales experience, a college degree, and fluency in Italian, with a desire to grow within the industry.

Descrizione del lavoro

A day in the life of a successful Site Acquisition Consultant can include:

  • Working closely with the Admin Department to find new locations for cell sites.
  • Negotiating and coordinating with municipalities and liaising with the client’s technical departments.
  • Visiting locations to pin geodata and generate visual reports.
  • Entering data into the company’s database/software system, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Thriving in an international environment alongside talented and innovative individuals.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience within a commission-based sales environment.
  • Customer service, call center, and/or experience dealing with the public is helpful.
  • Experience in the mortgage, insurance, or real estate industry is helpful.
  • A college degree is necessary.
  • Native-level Italian and basic English fluency.
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to travel from Ireland to Italy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in negotiating or persuading others to take action.
  • Ability to prioritize and be self-motivated with minimal supervision.
