Job Title: Silicon Validation Engineer

Apple is seeking a qualified and motivated silicon validation engineer to join our team. You will be involved in pre/post-silicon bring-up, debug, validation, and characterization of analog and mixed signal Power Management circuits for battery-operated portable devices.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in all levels of the validation process, including defining custom board-level hardware for IC bring-up and testing.
2. Develop and implement validation plans.
3. Collaborate with module and system teams to support design integration and debug system-level issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in system validation and ASIC design validation.
• Knowledge of analog circuit measurement and hardware design tools.
• Strong debugging skills and hands-on lab experience.
• Experience with complex test equipment and automation using Python or C++.
• Knowledge of switching converters and linear regulators (LDO).
• Background in silicon validation, failure analysis, and debug.
• Familiarity with Verilog or VHDL, FPGA prototyping.
• Good understanding of embedded firmware/software development is beneficial.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
