B Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of a Luxury Interior Design Brand, we are looking for a :

Showroom Manager

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Showroom Manager will ensure the best reception for all visitors (contract clients, individuals). They will be the ambassador of the Brand image and will lead reflections on the "active and commercial role of the showroom".

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the showroom's agenda, organization, storage, small stewardship, and contact with suppliers and external companies (painter, carpenter, etc.).
  • Ensure the successful operation of the Brand Milan Showroom in terms of sales, service, and operational effectiveness.
  • Act as an ambassador within the national and international design community.
  • Welcome existing and potential customers, assisting them in product selection with effective interior design consultancy.
  • Prepare samples for clients or representatives.
  • Prepare commercial offers using internal CRM software and keep it updated.
  • Maintain the Brand's image in the Showroom in coordination with the headquarters’ visual merchandiser, especially during special events like Salone del Mobile.
  • Organize small events with customers during the year.
  • Support the Commercial Director in training new and existing customers about the company’s products, both at the Showroom and at the customers’ locations.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Interior Design or similar; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of sales and management experience, preferably in the interior design industry or luxury retail sales.
  • Knowledge of the luxury market, architectural & arts world, and textiles for interiors.
  • Positive and optimistic attitude.
  • Team player, proactive, problem-solver, avant-garde thinker with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
