Your role
Project Background :
Southeast Asia (SEA) presents strong growth potential for Quality Assurance & Manual Tightening (QAMT) due to its diverse industrial base. This project seeks to drive the adoption of QAMT solutions among key customers, focusing on developing core segments, promoting quality-integrated ecosystem (QIE), and building regional competence to establish long-term partnerships.
You will be a key link between the field and the Product Company, helping tailor QAMT solutions to the specific needs of the SEA region while supporting local teams and driving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Market and Customer Engagement
- Identify and engage with key customers across divisions MVI and GI.
- Support local teams in building and managing a healthy QAMT pipeline.
- Lead customer visits, conduct Walk the Line, capturing process optimization, and support in 4 Panel preparation to uncover improvement opportunities.
Segment Strategy & Ecosystem Promotion
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor landscape, and application trends to map full QAMT potential.
- Promote our Quality Integrated Ecosystem at selected strategic accounts.
- Drive impactful customer experiences through product demonstrations tailored to each customer’s reality.
Electronics Focus Area
- Actively engage with the regional electronics manufacturing sector to learn, adapt, and influence the QAMT product portfolio.
- Identify application gaps and collaborate with product teams to adjust offerings for segment success.
Competence Development
- Deliver structured training and mentoring to local sales, service, and application teams.
- Develop learning materials and share best practices to foster sustainable QAMT competence in the region.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with regional and global QAMT experts to align strategies and share insights.
- Regularly report progress, success stories, and learnings to stakeholders.
To succeed, you will need
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or business-related fields.
- Over 3-5 years of experience in B2B technical sales or business development.
- Proven track record in solution-based and consultative selling.
- Fluency in English is required; any local language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working across multiple departments and with overseas teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Solid PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, etc.).
Preferred Profile :
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand market dynamics and competitive positioning.
- Experience in quality assurance equipment or tightening systems is a plus.
- Experience working in a global matrix organization is highly valued.
