About the role
This is a brilliant opportunity to work as part of the Shopper Marketing team in Southern Europe. The rapid change on where and how consumers shop and engage with brands has never been accelerating, creating a massive opportunity for the function to help shape the future of marketing.
Winning at the POS with customers is fundamental to brand and business growth as retailers and wholesalers determine how our categories and brands are presented to consumers and shoppers.
The effectiveness of our shopper marketing is therefore fundamental and will focus on driving recruitment and premiumisation across the different shopper missions and consumer. This will involve collaborating with customer and consumer Marketing teams. This role will be pivotal to support the channel and customer team to guarantee a step change in execution, behaviours and return on investment.
The core focus of the role is to develop programs that trigger purchase of our brands over our competitors. This involves the development of award-winning programs to inspire customers to implement and consumers to purchase, effective relationships to invest A&P in the right areas to drive growth and the restlessness to always demand more from themselves and others.
