In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of the Manufacturing activities in compliance with the Manufacturing routing, HSE, and Quality standards.

As a Machining Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Executing machining activities related to Baker Hughes products
• Checking the final quality of the activities as indicated by the Manufacturing routing by filling the inspection plan
• Housekeeping of the work station
• Vouching worked hours applicable to the Manufacturing activity assigned
• Participating in continuous improvement through project proposals
• Following the shop floor policy related to the working shift, lunch break, and PPE use.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Show proven experience as a turning machining operator
• Be proficient in technical drawing interpretation and technical document and procedure interpretation
• Be skilled in manual and numerical controlled machines and report safety, quality, and routing issues to the supervisor
• Be fluent in Italian both written and spoken
• Hold a EU work permit

Desired Characteristics

• High school degree in technical matters
• Knowledge of Non-destructive Evaluation (NDE) processes
• Knowledge of machining toolkit
• Knowledge of ISO programming language
• Knowledge of CNC turning machines
• Knowledge of Baker Hughes products
