A luxury footwear manufacturer is seeking a Shoes Industrial Director to lead the strategy for footwear production, ensuring compliance and driving excellence. The ideal candidate has over 20 years of experience, including significant leadership roles within the luxury sector. MISSION
Reporting to the Industrial Director of Maison CELINE, the Shoes Industrial Director builds, recommends, and implements the strategy to support the evolution of sales of Maison CELINE, as well as the other Maisons of the LVMH Fashion Group, clients of Rossimoda, with whom he/she will have to develop commercial relationships to increase turnover.
The Industrial Director Footwear manages all activities related to prototyping, internal and external development, industrialization, production, and delivery of footwear to guarantee the Time to Market of the collections. He/she must guarantee the execution of operations in order to grow Rossimoda and bring it to the level of a pole of excellence for footwear.
The Industrial Director leads the external manufacturing strategy and is responsible for the compliance of the panel of external suppliers and manufacturers with the LVMH Code of Conduct.
The Industrial Director will contribute to the Eco Design strategy to enable the achievement of the CSR objectives set by the LVMH Group.
The Industrial Director must also manage and develop the Rossimoda teams to ensure the continuity of its internal know-how.
His/her teams include approximately 215 people, distributed in Italy (Padua - 148 people) and in Romania (Cluj - 67 people). A large part of these teams consists of production personnel.
