Join Us as a Shipping / Import / Export Specialist – Support Our Manufacturing Future

We are looking for a Shipping / Import / Export Specialist to join our growing team and contribute to the success of our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our shipping/import/export system. In close collaboration with our internal cross-functional teams in the Shipping, Customer Service and Administration departments, you’ll be supporting the company in managing shipments to customers, as well as importing / exporting raw materials and finished products.

You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals across engineering, production, and corporate teams, in a setting that blends the rigor of global industry standards with the agility of a forward-looking company.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Issue shipping documents and sales invoices to customers in accordance with contracts and current regulations

• Organize transportation / booking of transport on customer portals

• Record transport invoices in the IT system

• Manage import activities of raw materials / semi-finished products / machinery, as well as export activities of finished products

• Assist the team in issuing shipping documents as well as organization of transport to and from subcontracting suppliers

Your Skill Set

• High school diploma in a technical or commercial field
• Experience in manufacturing companies specialized in the production of mechanical components on order will be considered a strong plus
• Knowledge of business management software will be considered a plus
• Proficiency with Italian and English (B2 CEFR level or higher) and the MS Office tools
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
