Un'importante azienda nel settore logistico cerca un Responsabile Logistica a Milano. Il ruolo implica la gestione delle spedizioni, il coordinamento con fornitori e l'assicurazione della conformità alle normative di esportazione. La posizione richiede forti competenze organizzative e la capacità di comunicare efficacemente con i partner commerciali.

Competenze

• Esperienza nella gestione delle spedizioni e nelle pratiche di esportazione.
• Capacità di coordinare con fornitori e clienti.
• Conoscenza delle norme di import/export.

Mansioni

• Gestire il dipartimento logistico per le spedizioni ai clienti e al magazzino.
• Organizzare le spedizioni secondo gli Incoterms e preparare la documentazione necessaria.
• Coordinare con clienti e fornitori per assicurare la consegna corretta.

Descrizione del lavoro

• You will manage the logistic department for the shipments of the goods to our Customers and for the shipment of the goods to our warehouse and manage the coordination of our Logistic Partner to whom we have outsourced packing and warehousing
• You will organize the shipments for our project to the Customer according to Contractual Incoterms and prepare all necessary documentation that are required according to the Contract and import/export requirement
• You will coordinate with Procurement in order to appoint a Forwarder company for each shipment and coordinate with the Forwarder in order to manage the shipment
• You will take care to file all the necessary application to the concerning authorities in order to get export license, export declaration, certificate of origin, EUR1 etc in order comply with export trading rules
• You will coordinate with Customers in order to assure the proper delivery as per Incoterms, to comply with local import requirement and avoid demurrages
• You will coordinate with our Suppliers in order to organize the shipment of the materials to our warehouse or to the construction Yard according to Incoterms in PO’s and project requirement
• You will coordinate with Project manager and Procurement in order to define the logistic concept for each project in order to identify efficient and cost-effective strategies
• You will collaborate with Sales Department in order to estimate costs of deliveries for our projects
• The further development of existing partnerships, taking into account the specified quality standards is part of your responsibility.
