We are seeking a skilled Medical Professional to join our crew as a Ship's Doctor.

The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background, with experience in emergency settings and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

  • Provide medical care to both passengers and crew under the supervision of a Medical Director.
  • Work collaboratively with other medical professionals to maintain a structured onboard medical department.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A medical degree and specialization (Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years post-grad clinical experience
  • At least 6 months in emergency settings (ER, ICU, ambulance, etc.)
  • Registered with an Italian Medical Council (Ordine dei Medici)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level or higher)
  • Valid ACLS, ATLS, APLS (or equivalent)
  • Willingness to work onboard ~6 months/year (split into 3–4 month contracts)
  • Compulsory certification for navigation (STCW) or willingness to obtain the courses
  • Strong clinical documentation & IT skills
