Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, Management).
• 1-3 years of experience in industrial production/maintenance with leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of production processes.
• Proficiency in management software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production and automation activities per plan.
• Organize preventive and corrective maintenance with the technical team.
• Collaborate with suppliers and engineering to implement new automated procedures.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift planning.
• Track production data and escalate complex technical issues.
• Ensure safety regulations and supervise staff development.
