ABB E-mobility is seeking a Shift Leader at our San Giovanni Valdarno plant to coordinate shift operations and drive safety, quality, efficiency, and on‑time delivery across a multi‑shift team.

You will monitor KPIs such as OEE, FPY, Scrap and Downtime, resolve production issues, and collaborate with Quality, Logistics and Manufacturing to maintain continuous flow and customer satisfaction. Lean and 5S initiatives will shape daily improvements.

Competenze

• Management experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading shifts and coordinating production teams.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate shift operations to meet production targets and KPIs.

• Resolve operational issues and minimize downtime with cross‑functional support.
