A leading insurance firm is seeking a Shared Services Operations Specialist to handle processing of insurance claim checks, manage client databases, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. Overview of Position :
The Shared Services Operations Specialist handles the dispositioning of insurance claim checks on behalf of our financial institution clients, directly impacting the timeliness and accuracy of property damage claims. This role requires proven ability to manage deadlines and meet quality standards with accuracy and consistent attention to detail. Corresponding with customers, clients and agents via phone and email. It also requires the use of good judgment to solve problems and make business-appropriate decisions consistent with Assurant procedures and best practices.
The Shared Services Specialist has a direct impact on customer satisfaction and confidence through the timeliness and accuracy of their work and the quality provided. Our volume of work may increase on occasion, especially during natural disasters, and therefore there will be times when overtime may be required.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience
Pay Range : $15.86 - $24.59
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
