Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Mission: Manage the execution of customer projects for Services, following company policies and processes (CPP4S Customer Project Process for Services). Lead project teams (Design, Planning, Purchasing, Contract, On-site implementation, etc.), ensuring customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and financial performance. Manage customer relationships and third-party interactions within the project scope. Be accountable for project execution according to contracts and specifications.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead project launch, including handover with the tendering team, proper project booking in ERP, and planning.
2. Validate schedules, set milestones, organize the project team, and define responsibilities.
3. Conduct risk analysis and identify potential change orders.
4. Organize internal and customer kick-off meetings.
5. Define workload plans, monitor progress, and ensure scope adherence.
6. Facilitate communication within the team and manage contractual obligations.
7. Review deviations from specifications systematically.
8. Ensure operational success and safety throughout the project.
9. Serve as the primary contact for the customer, managing communications and expectations.
10. Understand contractual scope and proactively generate change orders to improve gross margin.
11. Identify and escalate risks and issues, managing claims and variations.
12. Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
13. Report and escalate issues impacting performance or compliance.
14. Manage project costs, forecast profitability, and ensure revenue recognition.
15. Conduct lessons learned sessions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
16. Estimate book-to-bill forecasts based on upcoming projects.

Qualifications:

• Engineering university degree.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Excel, MS Project).
• Track record of timely project completion, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong customer relationship skills, negotiation, and conflict management.
• Ability to anticipate deviations, manage issues, and escalate appropriately.
• Focus on project profitability and gross margin improvement.
• Fluent in English.
