ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales process by demonstrating the value of the ServiceNow platform, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the preparation and delivery of compelling ServiceNow product demonstrations to prospective customers;
  2. Support the sales team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs);
  3. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to gather and understand customer requirements;
  4. Customize demo environments to align with customer use cases and business processes;
  5. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, solutions, and industry trends to effectively address customer needs;
  6. Participate in workshops and discovery sessions to analyze customer pain points and objectives;
  7. Maintain and update pre-sales documentation, templates, and tools;
  8. Provide post-demo follow-up and technical support for potential customers as needed.
Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);
  • Basic knowledge of ITSM, PPM or IRM concepts;
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is a plus, but training will be provided;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal;
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities;
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced technology environment;
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in ServiceNow, ITIL, or similar frameworks;
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, consulting, or customer support;
  • Basic understanding of SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
