To support its strong and rapid growth, Nordex Italy is looking for a Service Technician for the Service Point of Policoro (MT).

YOUR TASKS:
  • Follow all health & safety instructions and guidelines.
  • Work safely with materials and personnel.
  • Analyze defects via phone contact with the Service Coordinator.
  • Perform simple repairs of turbines, troubleshooting, and fault finding autonomously.
  • Carry out complex repair processes in collaboration with the Lead Technician.
  • Conduct planned maintenance and inspections with subcontractors.
  • Complete reports and checklists to inform the Local Operation Manager.
  • Notify customers about work on turbines.
  • Repair or replace main components.
  • Monitor spare parts inventory and be responsible for materials on site.
  • Monitor service reports and manage service processes to ensure correct expenses.
  • Ensure tasks are completed with high quality and on time.
  • Perform tasks in the most economical way for the company.
  • Be responsible for Nordex materials, tools, and property.
  • Follow Nordex manuals and regulations when performing tasks.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Mid-level electrical and/or mechanical education.
  • At least three years of hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical experience.
  • Proficient in data processing.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Teamwork, collaboration, and willingness to assume responsibility.
  • Quick learner and decision-maker.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Willing to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
  • Flexible with working hours and locations.
  • Computer literate, experienced with MS Office, SAP, and in-house systems.
  • Resilient and tolerant of frustration.
  • Ready for training.
  • Able to work at high altitudes.
