Installations, training, and technical support – Become our service expert in Italy and the key link between our technology and customers!

For our Italian office in Settimo Milanese, we are looking for a Service Technician (m / f / d).

Your Responsibilities
  • Installation of new equipment at customer sites: connect, test functions, calibrate, and optimize production.
  • Train customers in operations and maintenance.
  • Perform maintenance activities on equipment and peripherals; consult customers on maintenance topics and process optimization.
  • Support customers in technical troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate closely with our R&D department for continuous product optimization.
  • Assist with the service hotline.

Your Background
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical School, or professional apprenticeship with several years of relevant work experience, preferably in the optical industry.
  • Experience and knowledge in mechanical engineering; prior experience in automation / robotics is a plus.
  • High customer orientation with strong communication skills; fluency in English and Italian.
  • Team player with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
