Alsco Uniforms, Fresh & Clean division, services bayside suburbs from Oakleigh South, and is looking for a Service Technician to deliver frontline service to our customers. You will review daily routes, load stock, and ensure stock levels are correct during visits.

You will service sanitary/nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers and other equipment, ensure equipment is operational, and engage with customers to identify service improvements.

Competenze

• Physically fit and able to lift stock.
• Valid Driver Licence to operate company vehicles.
• Working with Children Check and Criminal History Check.

Mansioni

• Review daily service route requirements and loading van with the correct stock.
• Deliver, service, and collect the correct stock at each customer visit.
• Service and maintain sanitary/nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers and other related products at customer sites.
• Check installed equipment to ensure it is operational and compliant.
• Meet with customers to confirm service needs and discuss potential service increases.
• Return used stock and equipment to depot for refurbishment.

About The Role:

Reporting to the Operations team, the Service Technician is a key role in the Fresh & Clean business delivering front line service to our customers. Passionate about customer satisfaction, our Service Technicians take responsibility for the following key activities:

• Reviewing daily service route requirements and loading van with the correct stock;
• Completing each customer visit to deliver, service, and collect the correct stock;
• Service and maintain Sanitary/Nappy Bins, Air Fresheners, Soap Dispensers and other related products at customer sites;
• Checking installed equipment at customer sites to ensure it is operational and compliant;
• Meeting with customers to confirm their service needs are being met and provide feedback on possible increases to their service they may consider; and
• Returning used stock and equipment to the depot for refurbishment

With our depot based in Oakleigh South, this role will require the right candidate to service the Bayside suburbs (Moorabbin, Cheltenham, Bentleigh, Beaumaris, Mordialloc etc.)

You will need:

• To be physically fit
• A valid Driver Licence
• Working with Children Check & Criminal History Check
