Continental Properties is looking for a motivated and empowered Service Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals at our beautiful Springs at Hammock Cove residential apartment community in Naples, FL.

You will provide above and beyond customer service and an unmatched level of personal attention to residents. You will address our residents' service needs and help maintain facility operations. You will report to the Service Supervisor.

Position Specifics

• Full-Time
• Pay: $18.00-$22.00 an hour
• $3000 Sign-On Bonus

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, painting, and appliances
• Support your Service Supervisor in daily tasks

Skills for Success:

• Experience in manual labor or related field
• Ability to work overtime and on call, including some weekends and holidays
• Physically capable of performing repairs, using tools, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using technology like computers and tablets
