Responsibilities

1. Perform post-sales workshop services: annual regulatory inspections, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs.
2. After training and based on business needs, perform on-site maintenance at customers' locations.
3. Start-up and commission systems and products; provide end-user training on system utilization.
4. Involved products include portable gas detectors, fixed flame, and gas detection systems.

Qualifications

Experience (required)

• 2 years in a technical role within an industrial environment.
• Self-motivated and customer-oriented.

Experience (preferred)

• 5 years as a field service engineer.
• Experience with instruments, measuring/detection devices, electromechanics, pneumatics.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel (advanced level).

Education

Required

• Technical degree (equivalent to 5 years secondary school) and proficiency in English.

Preferred

• Technician diploma or BSc, graduated in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering (e.g., mechatronic or electronic engineering).
