Job Duties

1. Under general supervision, promote excellent customer relations at the worksite.
2. Plan and perform necessary calculations for fluids management at the well site as needed.
3. Coordinate activities and provide guidance to operators during equipment rig up, rig down, and preparation for jobs.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
5. Manage the chemical inventory at the wellsite.
6. Perform data collection and distribution on jobs.
7. Conduct operations in accordance with fluid design parameters and the job plan.
8. Coordinate the cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
9. Utilize competency processes to enhance employee skills and job performance.
10. Perform job tasks accurately, impacting cost containment, efficiency, and profitability.

Qualifications

1. Possess exceptional skills within the service line with a general understanding of other service functions.
2. Be knowledgeable of HMS, HSE standards, work methods, and guidelines.
3. Lead pre- and post-job safety meetings to promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
4. Participate actively in quality and continuous improvement processes.
5. Acquire skills through two years of experience and completion of required competencies for current and next level.
6. Require a high school diploma or equivalent.
