Descrizione del lavoro

Responsible for providing high-quality service support to customers by leading the day-to-day activities of a team of technicians. This role reports to the Service Operations Manager and is part of our growing Johnson Controls Service Integrated Solutions unit, a leader in business BMS.

How you will do it
  • Ensure the delivery of best-in-class customer support (service level delivery, preventive maintenance, product solutions, customer organization relationships) through effective resource planning, deployment, and field administration.
  • Lead field service technicians to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, their businesses, and the processes and instruments used to meet their goals.
  • Set objectives for service technicians, conduct regular reviews, coach staff, and ensure proper training and development.
  • Support talent development actively.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Service leader and peers to understand and manage resource availability and limitations.
  • Collaborate with managers and service delivery leaders to ensure resources are deployed effectively to meet customer obligations.
  • Coordinate safety on-site.
  • Monitor field service work and vacation planning, ensuring internal processes are followed.
  • Report on competitors and trends relevant to the growth strategy of the service business.
  • Drive operational excellence through KPI management.
  • Manage the forecast for small retrofit jobs and maintenance contracts.
What we look for
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Successful supervisory or team leader experience with team-building skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Assertive, results-oriented, innovative, with a strong bias for action and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to follow processes and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Leading by example with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Fluent in Italian with proficient English reading, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Sales acumen, hands-on approach, can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Notes, and computer literacy.
