As a Service Operations Manager at a leading global corporation, you will lead a team of technicians to ensure high-quality customer support. You will manage daily operations, develop talent, and drive operational excellence through effective resource planning and KPI management. A bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience are preferred, along with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Responsible for providing high-quality service support to customers by leading the day-to-day activities of a team of technicians. This role reports to the Service Operations Manager and is part of our growing Johnson Controls Service Integrated Solutions unit, a leader in business BMS.
