What We Are Looking For
The resources will have multiple goals based on project development. Specifically, it is possible to distinguish two phases:
- Automatic machine/line construction – in this phase, the resources will oversee the development of the construction process for automation, optimizing human resources and ensuring adherence to timing and quality standards.
- After installation service – if issues arise during the operational life of the installed assembly lines or benches, the resource must travel to conduct on-site troubleshooting and resolve issues where possible, supported remotely by the headquarters in Italy.
What Qualifications You Should Have
Given the above tasks, the resources must possess the following skills at the indicated levels:
- Mechanical drawing reading – Specialist level
- Principles of mechanical commercial components – Specialist level
- Electrical and pneumatic diagram reading – Specialist level
- Electrical wiring (cabinet/bench) – Specialist level
- Principles of pneumatic/electrical commercial components – Specialist level
- PLC Siemens error diagnostics – High level
- Machining (milling and turning) – Good level
- Fluent in English
- Team player demonstrating determination, energy, and enthusiasm, with an open, flexible, and solution-oriented approach.
- Customer satisfaction orientation and conflict management skills
- Goal-oriented and problem-solving skills
- Full availability for mid-term travel within Europe and internationally
- Academic background in Electronic Degree or Diploma
