What We Are Looking For

The resources will have multiple goals based on project development. Specifically, it is possible to distinguish two phases:

1. Automatic machine/line construction – in this phase, the resources will oversee the development of the construction process for automation, optimizing human resources and ensuring adherence to timing and quality standards.
2. After installation service – if issues arise during the operational life of the installed assembly lines or benches, the resource must travel to conduct on-site troubleshooting and resolve issues where possible, supported remotely by the headquarters in Italy.

Given the above tasks, the resources must possess the following skills at the indicated levels:

1. Mechanical drawing reading – Specialist level
2. Principles of mechanical commercial components – Specialist level
3. Electrical and pneumatic diagram reading – Specialist level
4. Electrical wiring (cabinet/bench) – Specialist level
5. Principles of pneumatic/electrical commercial components – Specialist level
6. PLC Siemens error diagnostics – High level
7. Machining (milling and turning) – Good level
8. Fluent in English
9. Team player demonstrating determination, energy, and enthusiasm, with an open, flexible, and solution-oriented approach.
