Una compagnia multinazionale operante nel settore Oil & Gas cerca un Service Specialist per la gestione delle spedizioni e della logistica. Offriamo un contratto temporaneo di 12 mesi e possibilità di smart working. Il candidato ideale ha una laurea in ingegneria e almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel settore.

• Aggiornare il team di progetto con informazioni sulle spedizioni.

SERVICE SPECIALIST

for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

We offer : an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. CCNL Metalworking Industry, RAL 34.000€ - 36.000€.

Benefit: possibility of smart working.

Place of work : Firenze

Responsibilities:

The Service Specialist is responsible to follow up both direct shipments from suppliers to Customer sites, and shipments through the Headquarters.

Specifically, he will be responsible for:

• follow up material readiness for urgent shipment to sites;
• expedite logistics on box & pack activities;
• give input to shipping support team to process and manage/prepare of necessary documentations for the shipment;
• follow-up with shipping support team on shipment preparation progress until the shipping is complete on the HQ side;
• update project team with necessary shipping information and documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferred in engineering or machine;
• minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a shipping organization or quality/analytics function or FSE or Eng;
• analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• fluent English and Italian;
• knowledge of ISO9001;
• O&G product knowledge.
