This position reports to:

Service Sales Support Manager

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supports the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in preparing demanding offers.
  2. Prepares or supports the preparation of technical and commercial offers based on customer specifications, local business indications, and sales directives.
  3. Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through market information and sales insights.
  4. Defines costs for proposed solutions and communicates them to the sales team, managing repair activities in the workshop.
  5. Promotes ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities such as trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings, while monitoring market trends to develop effective marketing strategies in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

  • University degree in a related field.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Action-oriented, effective communicator, customer and market-focused, innovative, problem solver, team player.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Valid driving license and no obstacles for travel.
