For our Service Unit based in Milan, we are looking for a Service Project Manager within the High Voltage field.

How you’ll make an impact

• Manage project plan documentation, including scope, financial plans, schedules, and risk management plans, following internal standards.
• Develop project proposals based on policies, requirements, budgets, and timelines, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
• Identify, negotiate, and review project financials, oversee invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow to optimize financial and operational performance.
• Drive project acceptance, contract close-out, and ensure customer acknowledgment, maintaining stakeholder relationships to improve project plans and quality.
• Monitor project execution, resource utilization, and implement necessary changes, documenting any amendments during project execution.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to procure services, materials, and equipment, including negotiations, claims, and changes.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in High Voltage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
