For our Service Business Unit based in Lodi, we are seeking a Service Project Manager responsible for leading project execution, ensuring activities align with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling goals.

How you’ll make an impact

1. Define project plans, including scope, financials, schedule, and risk management, in collaboration with the Project Controls department.
2. Ensure adherence to best practices, monitor project progress, resource utilization, financials, and manage risks. Oversee project invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow. Capture lessons learned, ensure formal project closure, and facilitate contract close-out and customer acknowledgment.
3. Apply contract and claims management per company policies. Coordinate procurement of services, materials, and equipment, supporting negotiations and managing project changes.
4. Act as the primary contact for the customer and an escalation point for issues. Build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Your background

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• PMI/PMP certification is a plus.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
