The opportunity

For our Service Business Unit based in Lodi, we are looking for a Service Project Manager who will be responsible for leading the execution of projects and ensuring that all related activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environmental requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.

How You’ll Make An Impact

1. Define, jointly with the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans;
2. Ensure that the project follows execution best practices and company policies. Monitor and control project progress, resource utilization, financials, invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow. Identify and manage risks, pursue opportunities, and share lessons learned. Ensure formal project closure and customer acknowledgment;
3. Manage contract and claims processes according to company policies and contractual agreements. Coordinate with Supply Chain Management to procure services, materials, and equipment. Support negotiations, claims, and project changes;
4. Act as the key contact for the customer and a point of escalation for project issues. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively;
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Your background

• Engineering degree;
• At least 2-3 years of project management experience;
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
• PMI/PMP certification is a plus;
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
