Job Opportunity: Service & Support Engineer - Italian Branch

For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB), we are seeking a committed and proactive professional to join our team.

We are a worldwide leader in reciprocating compressors, looking for a young resource with several years of technical and commercial experience in service/aftermarket of mechanical machinery, preferably rotating equipment.

The position is part of the Service Division, with the objective to support business development and organizational growth through new customer acquisition and expanding our service portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the field service team (internal/external)
2. Provide 1st level technical support for FSR and BCIT activities
3. Coordinate workshop resources and plan workshop workload
4. Ensure project execution (Parts, Field Service, Repair) according to customer specifications, industry norms, BC standards, policies, procedures, and ISO9001 standards, on time and within budget
5. Evaluate costs for Field Service and Workshop activities
6. Assist, evaluate, support, and oversee external service organizations
7. Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with suppliers
8. Develop strategic partnerships to achieve business targets
9. Coordinate customer support and order management teams

Candidate Profile:

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role and market, preferably reciprocating compressors
• Full understanding of maintenance and repair jobs
• Knowledge of SAP (R3 or S/4 HANA)
• Business fluent in English, both oral and written
