Service Manager – Responsabile Assistenza Tecnica, Cagliari

Location: Cagliari, Italy

Company: Adecco Consultant, operating in the metalworking sector in the province of Lodi, specializing in the marketing of laser cutting machine tools.

Position: Service Manager – Responsabile Assistenza Tecnica

Overview: The selected candidate will join a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment in the province of Lodi, overseeing the organization, planning, and monitoring of team interventions and providing assistance to client companies across Italy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of technical transfer technicians.
  2. Ensure the team complies with company standards and service level agreements.
  3. Monitor client companies' issues and complaints.
  4. Prepare estimates, and assess time and costs for interventions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma as a technical expert or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.

Additional Skills:

  • Good organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving orientation.
  • Precision and focus on results.

Contract: Permanent contract directly with the client company.

Salary: RAL to be defined during the interview based on experience.
