Position: Service Manager Infrastructure Assurance IT

Location: Vittuone, Italy

APL Network S.R.L. is seeking a Service Manager Infrastructure Assurance IT for a client company operating in the Bologna area.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing vendor resources to ensure compliance with contracted SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
  2. Monitoring the operation of assigned systems and ensuring quality performance by tracking tickets and planning maintenance activities.
  3. Coordinating and supervising internal operational team activities and external vendors providing various services (Help Desk, assistance, etc.) in case of faults or incidents.
  4. Analyzing and prioritizing issues or needs expressed by the company.
  5. Proposing improvements to IT processes and management to achieve operational goals.
  6. Producing periodic reports on activities, analyzing improvements, and verifying documentation of systems for Assurance and potential recovery from the Delivery Area repository.
  7. Ensuring complete, accurate, and continuously updated documentation of systems and procedures.
  8. Having knowledge of physical security systems such as video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarms, including architecture, components, and operation.
  9. Familiarity with Acantho platforms: BMC Helix (for monitoring and vendor ticket/SLA management) and Genetec Security Center.

This activity is primarily in-person but remote work is also considered.

Work hours: Part-time 50%

Contract duration: from April 15 to December 31, 2025
