Job Opportunity: Service Manager Infrastructure Assurance IT

Location: Magnago, Italy

APL Network S.R.L. is seeking a Service Manager Infrastructure Assurance IT for a client company operating in the Bologna area.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing supplier resources to ensure compliance with contractual SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
  2. Monitoring the operation of assigned systems and ensuring their quality by tracking tickets and scheduling maintenance activities.
  3. Coordinating and supervising the activities of the internal operational team and external suppliers providing various services (Help Desk, miscellaneous assistance) in case of faults or incidents.
  4. Analyzing and prioritizing issues or needs expressed by the company.
  5. Proposing improvements to IT processes and management to achieve operational objectives.
  6. Producing periodic reports on activities carried out by the teams and analyzing improvements, including documentation of systems for Assurance and potential recovery from the Delivery Area repository.
  7. Ensuring complete, accurate, and continuously updated documentation of systems and procedures.
  8. Having knowledge of physical security systems such as surveillance, access control, and intruder alarms, including architecture, components, and operation.
  9. Familiarity with Acantho platforms: BMC Helix (for monitoring, ticket, and SLA management) and Genetec Security Center.

The activity is primarily on-site but remote work options are being considered.

Part-time hours: 50%

Contract duration: from April 15 to December 31, 2025
