Job Opportunity: Service Manager Infrastructure Assurance IT

Location: Baranzate, Italy

APL Network S.R.L. is seeking a Service Manager Infrastructure Assurance IT for a client company operating in the Bologna area.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing supplier resources to ensure compliance with contracted SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
  2. Monitoring the operation of assigned systems, ensuring quality, tracking tickets, and planning maintenance activities.
  3. Coordinating and supervising activities of the internal operational team and external providers (Help Desk, various support services) during faults or incidents.
  4. Analyzing and prioritizing issues or needs expressed by the company.
  5. Proposing improvements to IT processes and management to meet operational objectives.
  6. Producing periodic reports on activities and analyzing improvements, including documentation review for Assurance and potential recovery from the Delivery Area repository.
  7. Ensuring complete, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of systems and procedures.
  8. Possessing knowledge of physical security systems such as video surveillance, access control, and intrusion alarms, including their architecture, components, and operation.
  9. Familiarity with Acantho platforms: BMC Helix (for monitoring and ticket management) and Genetec Security Center.

The activity is primarily in-person but remote work options are being considered.

Part-time schedule: 50%
Contract duration: from April 15 to December 31, 2025
