Within Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) Practice, we are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in multinational environments and delivery models involving offshore teams. It is essential that they have managed time management and service costing, including its evolutions and improvements. A background in technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, or Custom Development is preferred, along with certifications like PMI, Prince2, or ITIL.

Long Description

In this role, you will play a key role in:

  • Leading and managing service delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Organizing and overseeing project work, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Interacting with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address issues.
  • Identifying opportunities to sell additional services beyond the initial scope.
  • Ensuring adherence to project scope, KPIs, and deliverables.
  • Measuring and reporting on project performance with detailed and accurate reports.

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within structured companies.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Experience in sales and business development, with a track record of upselling and expanding client engagements.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on KPIs and project performance.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
