Job Description - Service & Maintenance Technician

Job Title : Service & Maintenance Technician (S&MT)

Obiettivo

Assist clients in the post-sales maintenance of instruments sold by the Business Unit (BU).

Responsabilità

Manage the post-sales maintenance and assistance of laboratory instruments sold by the BU.

Mansioni

• Visit clients to conduct technical assistance and maintenance of laboratory instruments under the management of the BU.
• Prepare and send repair and assistance offers.
• Promote and properly manage maintenance contracts and technical assistance offers.
• Collaborate with the Sales Managers of the BU to promote the BU's instruments to clients.
• Manage relationships with technical representatives of the manufacturing companies.
• Maintain ongoing technical-commercial relationships with clients.
• Check inventory levels of spare parts necessary for technical assistance.
• Collaborate with Commercial Assistants and all company functions involved in technical-commercial relationships with assigned clients.

The Service & Maintenance Assistant is expected to achieve results primarily through their own work, in collaboration with all company functions. High quality of work, punctuality, reliability, and good teamwork are essential.

Requisiti minimi

• Diploma in electrical engineering.
• Ideally at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Languages: Italian and English.
• Other: Office package, ERP systems, CRM.
