Canon Italia è alla ricerca di un Field Service Engineer che fornisca supporto tecnico in loco a clienti per hardware e software.

La funzione prevede manutenzione, riparazione di macchinari ed apparecchiature, diagnosi dei problemi e installazione di sistemi complessi, con disponibilità a turni di reperibilità e viaggi sul territorio nazionale. Offriamo contratto a tempo indeterminato, retribuzione tra 35.000 e 42.000 euro lordi all'anno, opportunità di crescita e formazione continua.

• Esperienza in meccanica, elettronica e IT.

What we offer

Permanent Contract. The position is classified at level 2 of National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for employees of companies in the tertiary sector of distribution and services, CNEL code H011. The gross annual salary for the role ranges between 35,000 - 42,000 euros. The determination of the final starting salary within this range will be agreed upon taking into account the company’s organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL and objective, gender‑neutral criteria such as: professional qualifications and experience, level of knowledge or skills held, as well as the scope and level of responsibility of the position offered. Additional benefits and allowances may also be granted in accordance with applicable regulations, the relevant CCNL and the company policies and programs in force at the start date of employment.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of machinery and electronic equipment;
• Diagnosis, troubleshoots and resolution of technical problems;
• Installation of complex equipment;
• Collaboration with the team to improve processes and technical solutions;
• Availability for on‑call shifts and travel within the national territory.
