We are seeking a passionate and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Service Engineer, making a difference in the renewable energy industry. Candidates from outside the eMobility field with a passion for innovation and sustainability are encouraged to apply.

Your responsibilities

1. Perform service activities for Grid eMotion Flash or Fleet projects, from commissioning to troubleshooting, remotely or on-site.
2. Identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning and troubleshooting.
3. Provide detailed technical reports and documentation to customers and stakeholders.
4. Train customers in preventive and corrective maintenance, establishing relevant documentation.
5. Support the Technical Product Owner with feedback and solution improvements, participate in quality troubleshooting activities.
6. Plan, design, and implement retrofits to upgrade existing projects to meet evolving customer needs.
7. Collaborate with customers to assess requirements and develop retrofit solutions.

Your background

1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience, including site commissioning.
2. Knowledge of drives, automation, and PLC software is beneficial.
3. Experience in protection & controls and power electronics for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
4. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
5. Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 30-40% of the time.
6. Ability to work independently and in teams to manage diverse projects.
