What you’ll do:

You will join the Service Design & User Research team, reporting to Luigi Senatore, Service Design & User Research Associate Manager. Your responsibilities include conducting user research for online and retail products, understanding user needs, connecting qualitative and quantitative data, sharing insights with stakeholders, building personas and customer journeys, and collaborating closely with design, product, voice of customer, and analytics teams to enhance the Sisal experience.

Who you are:

• You hold a degree in Service Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• You possess excellent knowledge of service design tools and research methods.
• You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
• You are flexible, resilient under pressure, and proactive in identifying solutions when circumstances change.
• You can build relationships and foster collaboration among team members.

Preferably, you also have:

• Previous experience in conducting user interviews and behavioral analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), survey tools (e.g., Optimal Workshop, Microsoft Forms), Miro, and Figma.
