Job Description – Service Delivery Engineer

Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Service Delivery Engineer in the ITALIAN team, based in Cinisello Balsamo.

In this position, you will ensure the successful delivery of our Group IT services & solutions to the local business entities, ensuring seamless, compliant, and efficient operations aligned with our company standards.

• Collaborate closely with vendors and support teams to provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot IT issues, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
• Work with regional and global teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure and Group IT solutions.
• Lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes, systems, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure all IT services comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a business advisor, guiding employees on the use of Group IT solutions and aligning their needs.

Knowledge & Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English (oral and written); proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Fluency in the local language, written and spoken
