• Partner with the best

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and process conformity. You will work to maximize Baker Hughes's short and long-term revenue and profit opportunities by coordinating job activities to meet customer expectations and contract terms.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with sales and operations teams to understand activity volumes and resource needs.
• Assigning appropriate resources based on forecasted activities to ensure flawless execution.
• Managing and developing processes in line with the Baker Hughes job cycle and adherence to standards.
• Overseeing the Pricing Agreement & Sales Orders process aligned with Business Transformation and Job Centre requirements.
• Optimizing inventory and asset fleet sizes for ongoing and upcoming operations.
• Ensuring timely resolution of Service Delivery issues to maintain customer satisfaction across the region.
• Interacting with Sales, Materials, and other teams to facilitate flawless execution.
• Following all activities in accordance with our non-negotiables, processes, and cultural pillars.

To succeed in this role, you should:

Have significant Oil & Gas experience with proven expertise.

Demonstrate relevant experience in Drilling Operations.

Have experience in supervision and/or coordination of Drilling Operations.

Be detail-oriented and process-driven, capable of streamlining workflows.

Successfully manage multiple complex operations simultaneously.

Be able to work effectively in a global matrix organization.
