WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US - THE FUNCTION
We are looking for two new consultants to join our Service Delivery team at the SimCorp office in Pistoia.
Service Delivery Consultants are skilled professionals who contribute to the support and maintenance of SimCorp clients by providing best practices, market solutions, and deploying services related to the usage of SimCorp Dimension and beyond.
As part of an international company, you will be in contact with clients and experts from around the world. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally within an international network. You will work closely with your team, sharing ideas and maintaining a high team spirit. Our consultants provide front-to-back solutions, incident and problem management, and small changes or enhancements to current or future customer flows to increase automation and user satisfaction.
