Eutelsat in London, Turin, or Paris is seeking a Service Assurance Engineer to design and maintain service assurance platforms for satellite networks, collaborating with product managers, operations engineers, and developers.

You will automate provisioning, fault management, and performance reporting; integrate OSS modules with NMS/EMS and ticketing platforms, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to CI with new data sources.

Qualifications

• MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with OSS in telecom/satellite environments.
• Strong knowledge of fault, performance, configuration, and service provisioning management.
• Experience with monitoring platforms such as Comarch, Nagios, Zabbix, Dataminer, or ServiceNow ITOM.
• Experience using TWAMP for network performance testing and service validation.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain Service Assurance platforms for satellite networks and IT infrastructure.
• Develop telemetry, alarm correlation, and performance reporting for real-time visibility.
• Automate provisioning, fault management, configuration updates, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with network, IT, and operations teams to translate requirements into OSS capabilities.
• Integrate OSS modules with enterprise systems (NMS, EMS, ticketing) for end-to-end service assurance.
• Troubleshoot OSS-related issues to ensure high availability of monitoring systems.
• Conduct platform upgrades, performance tuning, and CI of new data sources and OSS features.
• Maintain clear architecture, integration flows, troubleshooting guides, and runbooks.
