The opportunity

For our Service Business Unit based in Lodi, we are looking for an Associate Service Project Manager who will be responsible for leading the execution of projects and ensuring that all related activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.

How You’ll Make An Impact

1. Define, jointly with the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans;
2. Ensure that the project follows execution best practices and company policies. Effectively monitor and control project progress and resource utilization. Oversee project financials, including invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow. Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage risks, and pursue all opportunities. Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned. Ensure formal project close-out and customer acknowledgment;
3. Manage contract and claims processes in accordance with company policies and contractual agreements. Coordinate with Supply Chain Management to procure required services, materials, and equipment. Support negotiations, claims, and project changes;
4. Act as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively;
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Your background

1. Engineering degree;
2. Previous project management experience is a plus;
3. Excellent knowledge of English and Italian;
4. Good problem-solving and communication skills;
5. PMI/PMP certification is a plus;
6. SAP knowledge is a plus.
