The challenge

Responsible for the service level of the Authorized Service Assistance (ASA), as well as the sales budget for spare parts and accessories of Centers and Distributors in the assigned Italian areas.

What you will do

  • Supports the sales team of the finished product for any problem concerning the quality/speed of the service, relationships between the commercial side and the Service network.
  • Constantly and frequently visits the ASA and Distributors to ensure the achievement of the area budget (turnover and margin).
  • Constantly and frequently visits the ASA to monitor KPI defined by the Management, intervenes at the ASA to drive results.
  • Constantly and frequently visits the main retailers in coordination with the sales force to establish a relationship and manage critical issues proactively.
  • Commercially develop the area by proposing the activation of new customers, products or services.
  • Manage the assigned area by solving problems present in service network (selection of alternative ASA, opening of new ASA, conflict resolution).
  • Analyses the reports issued by HQ to identify corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Manages the Monthly Business Review presenting results, deviation from plan, recovery/improvements actions, timeline.
  • Coordinates with the Service Commercial Managers for actions/promotions on customers in the area.
  • Collects and provides information about the activities of the main competitors.

What you need to succeed

  • Solid experience in coordinating the Service network with spare parts / accessories sales, commercial network and dealers relationship, preferably gained in the white goods or small household appliance sector. In alternative, background in the automotive sector or similar is preferred.
  • Degree, preferably in Commercial and/or Management. Alternatively, high school graduation in commercial or technical field.
  • Good knowledge of Excel basic functions, data management, report creation, v.look up, pivot tables is required.
  • Fluent in Italian, Good English (advanced as a preferential requirement).
  • Fast, reliable, autonomous, well-organized with great skills in communication.
