A leading company in the marine services industry is seeking a full-time Marine Service Advisor to coordinate technician activities and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates will work in a dynamic environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to various tasks. Previous experience in marine services is preferred but not mandatory, offering an opportunity for those looking to grow in the industry.
Moose Landing Marina is seeking a full-time, year-round Marine Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor works closely with the Service Manager to coordinate the activities of technicians, riggers, yard crew, detailers and drivers engaged in launching, retrieving, delivering, and servicing boats by performing the essential duties and responsibilities. The successful candidate could have a working knowledge, whether through schooling or work experience, with marine repairs, but it is not required.

Education and / or Experience
Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Mathematical Skills - Basic Mathematical skills
Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concreate variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Google Docs, and gain knowledge of ADP Lightspeed, Dealership Management systems.
