Job Title: SERIALIZATION AND PACKAGING LINES MANAGER

Philogen S.p.A., a biotech company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange and a leader in the development of innovative anti-tumor therapies, is looking for a highly motivated and qualified "Serialization and Packaging Lines Manager". The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing packaging processes (both primary and secondary), serialization, and pharmaceutical product traceability, ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and manage inspection, packaging, and drug serialization systems.
2. Ensure compliance with global and local serialization regulations.
3. Collaborate with production, quality, and IT teams to optimize processes.
4. Monitor and resolve issues related to serialization and packaging.
5. Provide training and continuous support to internal staff.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing serialization projects in the pharmaceutical sector.
3. In-depth knowledge of international serialization regulations (e.g., DSCSA, FMD).
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
6. QP qualification and knowledge of visual inspection systems will be considered a plus.
